This airline pilot appears to work for Expressjet. It is possible that he is considering working there, or has worked there but no longer does. He is clearly looking for another job, and he seems interested in SouthWest. He seems to live in Pittsburgh (mercury dealer pittsburgh) and seems interested in leasing a Mercury Mariner or other SUV.

It looks like he is a member of, or is joining the Federal Flight Deck Officer (FFDO) program which allows him to carry a weapon to ward off terrorists. Looks like he might buy a Para Ordinance .45.

Perhaps he is concerned he might have to take a color vision test to get a new job, and that he might not pass. Maybe he is partially colorblind? Or maybe he was just checking out something someone said on the forum he just read.

There's a forum called expressjet forums that is member-only and another called www.expressjetpilots.com that is for pilots so that is one reason I think he works there. Also Southwest only recently entered the Pittsburgh market and is expanding. His searches for Southwest are close to searches for airlineapps, but the ones for Expressjet are not so close. This is why I think he works for Expressjet, if he works for one of the two. Maybe he sees trouble ahead with Expressjet.
